COCKTAIL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS & MEASURE
60ml KO Klub Cacao Gin + 15ml pineapple shrub + 60ml
pineapple juice + 30ml lemon juice + 5ml sugar syrup +
5ml saline + Choc bitters + Pineapple slice
METHOD
Hard shake all ingredients over ice and single strain
over ice . Serve in a whole pineapple, shoe leather
dipped in chocolate sauce.
Garnish with an orange peel with dash choc bitters ,
pineapple salt rim.
